Early College enrollment is open to qualified high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Some courses have prerequisite requirements. These prerequisites ensure that you are academically prepared for your college class. It’s important that you meet with your high school counselor to determine if you have the appropriate placement scores on file prior to registering for courses. See below for current prerequisite information. If you have not taken the ACT or need to schedule a placement test, please contact your HCC campus or regional center to set up a testing date.
HCC is making positive changes to impact student enrollment. We can now utilize GPA for placement into math and English classes. If you need to schedule a virtual Accuplacer test, please visit Placement Test Scheduling Form.
