Highland Community College Title IX Resources 

At Highland Community College, our goal is to create and maintain a safe and invitational environment for all students, employees and campus visitors. This page is designed to help the campus community access policies and services that assist us in this endeavor.  If you have a concern about sexual misconduct, general misconduct, or if you simply want to express a concern about a fellow student, co-worker or campus visitor, please fill out the appropriate form below and your concern will be routed to the appropriate campus personnel.

 

HCC Discrimination, Harassment, or Gender-Based Misconduct Form

Use this to report discrimination based on sex (including sexual assault or harassment), gender, race, religion, etc.

Use this to report students of concern (someone you are worried about), potential violations of HCC policy (e.g., cheating, alcohol, fighting, etc.), and or general concerning behavior.

  • To provide sensitive intake and initial counseling of grievances

  • To serve on appeal panels for grievances
