I’m Blaire Eeds, the counselor at HCC, and I am honored to share this journey with you! College is an exciting and sometimes scary time of transition, and you may find yourself needing some extra support - that’s where I come in.
I believe in taking a collaborative approach to ensure that what is being done in our sessions together is personalized to you. I utilize various techniques and therapeutic approaches to build resilience and confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and empower you to create a fulfilling and meaningful life. I am passionate about helping others through life’s difficulties and transitions, and it is my goal to offer a safe space, free of judgement where you are able to be your true self. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, guilt, or anything in between, I am here to help.
