Welcome to Highland Community College! Follow the steps below to get started and make sure you visit campus!
Whether you want to take classes on the Highland campus, Technical Center, a Regional Center, or online, applying for admission is easy. Just follow these steps!
• Submit official (sealed) high school and/or college transcripts. Official General Educational Development (GED) transcripts are also accepted.
Submit your ACT or SAT scores if you have them. If you haven’t taken either of these tests, don’t worry! Prior to enrollment, you can schedule an appointment to take the ACCUPLACER test, for Technical programs you can take the WorkKeys test.
For students planning to live on campus, you must fill out your housing contract plus submit your deposit as soon as possible. Room assignments are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Students planning to attend on the Highland campus must register for a New Student Enrollment Day. RSVP in early spring to guarantee your spot for Fall schedules. Students taking classes at other locations, contact your Center for enrollment assistance.
