Accurate timesheets; accurate UCS and accurate log notes due on time; accurate mileage/reimbursement. Complete all other necessary paperwork within specified timelines. Communicate to the Employment Manager the need for additional coaching units, when retention units are not utilized for a customer, and when a customer is not receiving 25% intervention in coaching. A successful candidate will possess: The ability to prioritize, problem solve and plan independently to meet deadlines. The ability to multi-task. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work based on client need (flexibility in scheduling time) Ability to take initiative creatively.
