Job Details:

As I stated we are a trucking company. So our equipment has to stay operational in order for us to service our customers and remain profitable. At first the mechanic would start out with light duty details, such as fixing lights on a tractor or trailer, changing tires, basic preventative maintenance. Changing oil, etc. As you gain experience and knowledge I would expect the candidate to be able to diagnose problems as well as repair them, Anyone can change parts, I want someone that has the common sense and willingness to learn anything from wiring to engine overhauls. I want someone that can work independently, without supervision and that can work with the public, with truck drivers, sales reps, etc.
