SAP Appeal Form
Students suspended from receiving Federal Financial Aid for not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) may appeal to regain Federal Financial Aid eligibility for one semester.
In order for an appeal to be reviewed by the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) committee, a student must have a documented extenuating circumstance.
Reasonable extenuating circumstances would be but are not limited to, the death of a relative, injury or illness of a student, family difficulties, such as divorce or illness, or other situations beyond a student’s control.
