Scholarship Appeal Form

This form should be submitted if you have lost an academic scholarship and would like to appeal due to unforeseen circumstances which caused you to drop below minimum scholarship requirements. 

_{Student athletes with a cumulative GPA below 2.8 are not allowed an appeal.}

Scholarship appeal deadlines:

- Fall 2024 - deadline August 19, 2024

- Spring 2025 - deadline January 9, 2025
