Coaches and members of the Highland Community College baseball team will be conducting a 2104 Winter Baseball Camp on Saturday, December 6. This Camp will be held in the Walters Wellness Center on the Highland campus at a cost of $30. Participants should bring their gloves, bats, clean athletic shoes for indoor use, and athletic attire.
The Camp will be an All-Skills Camp which will emphasize all parts of the game, including fielding, pitching, catching, hitting, and base running. One of the many qualities of this Camp is the one-on-one instruction each participant will receive from the HCC baseball staff and players, so it is great for all ages. The Camp is designed to help any player enhance their game. This Camp also serves as a great tool for evaluation of high school players who want to compete on the collegiate level.
Youth players aged 8-13 will have Camp from 9:00 am to noon, with registration at 8:30 am. High school players, aged 14-18, will register at 12:30 and have Camp from 1:00-4:00 pm. There is a registration and consent form online at www.highlandcc.edu, click on Athletics, Baseball, and then Clinics.
