Jordan Maska is returning to coaching soccer at HCC after three years of soccer analysis. He has been in a coaching setting since high school where he volunteered at youth summer soccer camps from 2008-2011 and then continue doing so for high school and youth camps as a coach after graduating from TMP-Marian in 2011.

He then played three years collegiately and multiple years in small leagues. In his collegiate career, he played one season at Northwest Kansas Technical College in the KJCCC earning All-Conference Honors during the 2017-2018 season. While at NWKTC Maska completed an internship with the men’s and women's soccer teams. He graduated in 2018 completing his associate's degree in business technology with a focus in sports management. Coach Maska finished his playing career at Tabor College where he did an internship with the men's soccer program and graduated with a bachelor's degree in sports management. Coach Maska also spent time as an individual soccer trainer helping five players make the Kansas All-State team and four players go on to play collegiate soccer. He spent one season at Hays High School with the boys' soccer program as an assistant coach with a record of 11-7. Maska spent three summers (2017-2019) with the U19 Boys Hays Tribe club team with a record of 9-3-2.

Maska commented, “I am ecstatic to join the team at Highland Community College and bring women's soccer back to the college and community. I am thrilled to be able to take on this new challenge in my journey with soccer and as a coach. My goal is to bring in successful student-athletes both on the field and in the classroom. Academics are just as important-- if not more important-- than a winning season, but we will strive for both. My family and I are extremely grateful for this opportunity to join the Highland team and are ready for this new step in our journey! This has been my life's passion and what I feel that I am called to do. I can't wait to share my passion for soccer with the Highland community.”
