Highland Community College is gearing up for an exciting display of volleyball prowess as players from neighboring states converge for the inaugural HCC 4-State All-Star Volleyball Game. Set to take place Sunday, April 14 at 2:30 p.m., this match promises to be a thrilling match for fans of competitive volleyball.

 

Representing the Gold Team:

- Zora Whitt (East Buchanan-MO) - Libero

-Jaylie McNealy, (Humboldt Table Rock Steinauer-NE) – Libero

- Rylee Seelhoff, (Syracuse-NE) - Setter 

- Ashleigh Kirkendall (Falls City-NE) - Setter

- Cierra Poldberg (Platte County-MO) - Middle Blocker

- Jaala Stewart (Meridian-NE) - Outside Hitter

- Renn Deters (Holton-KS) - Outside Hitter

- Hollie Peters (Benton-MO) - Outside Hitter

- Addyson Minton (Savannah-MO) - Outside Hitter/Right Side

- Rayah Foltz (Eudora-KS) - Outside Hitter

Coaching the Gold Team are Brooke Wolfe and Jen Wolfe from Meridian High School.

 

Representing the Navy Team:

- Jordyn Renk (Maur Hill-Mount Academy-KS) - Outside Hitter

- Avery Morlock (Benton-MO) - Setter

- Avery Dierberger (Humboldt Table Rock Steinauer-NE) - Outside Hitter

- Rylee Anderson (Millard South HS-NE) - Setter

- Eileen Gonzalez (Omaha South High-NE) - Defensive Specialist

- Karsyn Kempinger (Jayhawk Linn-KS) - Outside Hitter/Setter

- Natalya Jones (Omaha South High-NE) - Middle Blocker

- Taylor Damme (Perry-Lecompton-KS) - Outside Hitter

- Gracie Klecan (Spring Hill-KS) - Libero

- Abby Elffner (Hiawatha-KS) - Middle Blocker

Coaching the Navy Team are Sara Noll and Sierra Chew from Maur Hill-Mount Academy in Atchison.

 

HCC welcomes Jolene Bannister and Vicki Hubin as officials for the event.

 

Many of these talented players have already committed to join the HCC volleyball team next year, including Rylee Seelhoff, Cierra Poldberg, Jaala Stewart, Rayah Foltz, Jordyn Renk, Karsyn Kempinger and Gracie Klecan.

 

Congratulations to all the selected All-Star Volleyball players! Their dedication and skill have earned them the honor of representing HCC as 4-State All-Stars.

 

The game will kick off at 2:30 p.m. at Ben Allen Field House on the Highland Community College campus. Admission is $5 per person, and a concession stand will be available. Additionally, attendees can enjoy a 10% discount at Kirkwood & Co Table & Tap with the coupon provided in the program for a postgame meal.
