The first performance in Highland Community College’s Fusion Concert series will leave those who know him once again appreciating his genius and those who are seeing him for the first time wondering how all that wonderful sound is coming from one person. Appearing on Wednesday, September 25, by return engagement, is world renowned guitarist Tommy Emmanuel. Those who have seen him perform just call him Tommy and they all smile knowingly. He is a wonder to behold because there is no one else in the world who can perform with a guitar like Tommy.
Tommy will be performing on the Mary Helen (Gilmore) Porter Stage in Culbertson Auditorium on the Highland campus. Tickets are $25 and this concert will sell out so interested persons are encouraged to get their tickets soon.
