HCC Foundation Team Wins Scottie Classic

Three years in to awarding a traveling trophy to the winner of the annual Scottie Classic Golf Tournament, Highland Community College head football coach Aaron Arnold was able to present the trophy to an “in-house” team sponsored by the HCC Foundation.  The HCC Foundation team composed of Craig Mosher, Executive Director of the Foundation, Brad Dixon, HCC Housing Director, Highland alumnus Bob Silvy of Wathena, and Joe Barger of Wathena whose son graduated from the College this spring, combined to shoot a score of 52 at the Spring Creek Golf Course in Seneca.  The previous two winners of the traveling trophy are Farmers State Bank of Wathena and Maximum Insurance in Hiawatha.
