This award honors a team, committee, department, or group that has exemplified collaborative excellence for the entire campus community. Their collective efforts have transcended departmental lines, embarking on significant projects or initiatives that resonate with Highland’s mission and strengthen our shared goals.

This award is given to an individual who has been with Highland Community College for at least one year but less than five, demonstrating not just excellent performance, but the promise of future greatness. This individual is a beacon of professionalism, whose significant contributions enrich our campus community and inspire us all to reach higher.

This person embodies the very essence of Highland’s Shared Performance Expectations, nurturing the growth of others while exemplifying the highest standards of excellence.

The Assessment Champion Award recognizes those who go above and beyond to promote a culture of assessment and continuous improvement at Highland Community College.
