Administrative Assistant
The purpose of the job is to support and operations in a clerical and administrative
role. The nature of this job requires an individual who is dependable, detail-oriented
and has an excellent memory. This individual will work closely with internal operations
personnel to ensure administrative duties are handled timely and accurately. It's

Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Do you have a mechanical aptitude and are eager to learn from an experienced team? We are a marine heavy construction company that specializes in hydraulic dredging based in the Kansas City area with project locations throughout the country and we are looking for someone to join our shop team here in Kansas City!
Required Skills:
- A typical work week is 10-hour days Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work as necessary
- Opportunity for growth within a small family-owned company

- Physically must be able to work in the field and lift at least 50 pounds
- Experience operating a variety of tools and equipment used in repairing equipment

- Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- A CDL is a plus
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

- Summer Operations Assistant - During the summer months, Adams Land and Cattle offers opportunities for individuals
to assist on various projects throughout the feedyard. This would be a fulltime position
in our Maintenance department. This person will be responsible for: Assisting with
general maintenance, service, and repair of feedlot facilities and equipment. Assisting
with feedlot concrete projects, including, but not limited to setting concrete forms,
placing concrete, and spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete. Maintaining and
repairing feedlot fences and steel structures that sustain optimum cattle welfare
and containment. Operating large articulating trucks with a water configuration for
dust control. Performing mowing and other duties for weed control. Operating transport
vehicles to perform various duties. Working effectively in a team environment to complete
the necessary daily tasks. Supporting other lot maintenance activities and projects,
