Highland Community College extends sincere appreciation to Rainbow Communications and Taylor Jacobson for their generous support of HCC Multi-Media. Their long-standing commitment to broadcasting excellence and strengthening rural connections has elevated the Scottie Sports Network since its very beginning.
Rainbow’s contributions of time, expertise and equipment have been invaluable in building the program into a high-quality platform for students, athletes and the community.
“I am so excited for the improvements we’ve been able to make with the help of Rainbow Communications,” said Tanner Holte, HCC Multi-Media Coordinator. “While it might not seem like a lot, we’ve been able to create a flight case that accommodates the variety of events we cover at the College. The added features allow for multiple replay angles, enhanced graphics and the ability to run local ads—just like other schools in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC).”
The new system, built on Blackmagic Design hardware, is designed for flexibility and continued growth. Holte added, “Over the years, working with the great people at Rainbow, we’ve grown the Scottie Sports Network and the College’s broadcasting capabilities as a whole. We’re excited to see what we can accomplish this year and beyond.”
