Alumni Association Awards

Time to Nominate! The following are awards sponsored by the Highland Community College Alumni Association.

• The Distinguished Service Award acknowledges an alumnus who has contributed time, talent, service, and volunteerism to Highland Community College.
• The Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes alumni who have made personal and professional contributions to society, demonstrated exemplary support to the College and the community, served humanity, distinguished themselves in their careers, and brought honor to HCC through their accomplishments.
• The Employee Appreciation Award honors a member of the faculty and/or staff for outstanding achievement or service to the College.
• The Young Alum Award is designed for alumni who have graduated from HCC at least 10 years before the selection date. One male and one female will be selected based on their professional or educational achievements, community activities, honors or awards, and other noteworthy items of merit since graduation.
• The Honorary Scottie Award is to acknowledge a friend of the College who has contributed time, talent, service, and volunteerism to Highland Community College.

 

Please submit your nominations by August 31, 2025 to be reviewed and selections to be made.  Awardees will be recognized on November 8, 2025.
