Transcript Request
Print the form, complete all necessary information, and mail or fax back to the Registrar's Office at Highland Community College. If the request is faxed in, we will need a Visa or Master Card Number and expiration date in order to process the request. Transcript charge is $3.00 for each sent by mail, and $5.00 for each faxed copy.
