Fusion Concert Series Set at HCC
Based on the success of previous performances by outside artists, Highland Community College officials are introducing a new concert series designed to share cultural arts with the community. Called Fusion to denote the blending of the College and its community, the series has five performances scheduled – three in the Fall semester and two in the Spring.
Saturday, September 22nd a Free concert will be put on to help HCC celebrate the opening of the new Klinefelter Barn at 1774 230th St., Hiawatha, KS. True North a modern country band will be performing from 5:30-8 p.m.
Tuesday, October 16th at the Culbertson Auditorium Michael Lee Firkins a Blues/Rock Guitarist will be playing at 7:30 p.m. Ticket cost is $10.
Sunday, December 16th at Culbertson Auditorium Fountain City Brass Band will perform "Blue Christmas" at 3:00 p.m. Ticket cost is $15.
Friday March 1st Brinnon and Marks a Musical Comedy performance will take place at 7:30 pm at Culbertson Auditorium. Ticket cost is $20
Sunday, April 7th Members of the St. Joseph Symphony will perform the Chamber Concert at 3:00 p.m. at Culbertson Auditorium. Ticket cost is $10
