New Students
All new, first time HCC students for all HCC locations must complete an online application for admission. Students attending the Highland campus will receive information about new student enrollment days. To sign up for an enrollment date, click here.
Students requesting enrollment at the Wamego, Perry, Holton, Marysville, Atchison, or Sabetha sites will receive an email after completing the online application with all enrollment information. Click here for a list of enrollment dates where financial aid and advising specialists are available at each regional center.
New students wishing to take courses online select online enrollment.
All new students will need placement test scores for placment in reading, math, and English. HCC offers placement testing at all regional sites and on campus. Click here for a placement testing schedule. ACT or SAT test scores will also be accepted for placement.
Current Students
Current HCC students attending classes on campus must see their advisor to enroll. Regional Center and online students may log in to their MyHCC accounts to enroll. Generally, HCC opens fall and summer enrollment in early March and spring enrollment in late October.

Financial Aid Posted to Accounts
Students with financial aid awarded prior to July 2, 2012 and who enroll on or before July 11, 2012 will have financial aid posted to their student accounts for the Fall 2012 semester. Please check your MyHCC account to view your statement.
All students who have not been awarded financial aid by July 2, 2012 and/or enroll after July 11, 2012 must be prepared to make payment online through their MyHCC acccount or during Campus and Regional registrations days without the benefit of a financial aid estimate. Upon completion of all financial aid paperwork, financial aid payments will be processed. Please see the chart below for dates and times of all HCC Registration Days.

What happens on Enrollment Days?
Students have the opportunity to meet with an advisor to schedule classes and with financial aid representative to receive assistance with FAFSA. Students enrolling for their last semester before receiving their HCC degree will also be able to receive the required graduation check on Regional Center enrollment days.
Enrollment Information for Highland Campus Students
Enrollment for summer and fall opens March 12, 2012. New students on the Highland campus must sign up in advance to attend one of the enrollment dates listed below. New students who cannot attend one of these enrollment dates will need to enroll on August 13, Highland campus registration day. Returning campus students must schedule an appointment to enroll with their advisor before leaving for the semester or by August 6 through their MyHCC account. Students enrolling later than August 6 may enroll on August 13th registration day.

Enrollment Information for Highland Tech Center Students
New Technical Center Students may enroll on any of the Highland Campus enrollment days listed above in Highland or on June 20 from 8:30-2:30 in at the HCC Technical Center in Atchison or by appointment at HCC’s Technical Center in Atchison by calling or emailing Amy Dulac, 913-367-6204. Returning students will enroll at the end of the spring semester or may contact Amy Dulac for enrollment information in the summer.
Enrollment Information for Regional Center Students
Enrollment for summer and fall opens March 12. Returning summer students may enroll through their MyHCC account at any time before May 29. Returning fall students may enroll through their MyHCC account at any time before August 10 or on the published enrollment or registration days. New regional students will receive email with all enrollment information and may enroll through their MyHCC account at any time before August 10 or on the published enrollment or registration days.
Staff members from the financial aid and advising office will be available at various HCC Regional Centers on the enrollment dates listed below. All students are encouraged to take advantage of personalized assistance with enrollment by attending enrollment at one of these sites. Any regional student may attend any regional enrollment day, no matter which HCC Center you attend. No appointment is necessary.

Registration Days
What is a Registration Day?
Registration day at all of the regional centers and on the Highland campus is the last day to enroll and make final payments for the semester. Textbooks are distributed at registration days on the Highland campus and at the Tech Center. All HCC students should attend a registration day at the campus or center where most of their classes are being taken.
