Two member of the Scottie volleyball team have signed National Letters of Intent to continue playing their sport at the next level. Sophomores Briley Ware and Nicole Morgan have signed with four-year institutions, interestingly enough, close to their hometowns. Ware, a middle hitter, of Arkansas City, will be attending Southwestern College in Winfield. She was a Foundation Scholar, tutor, and member of the Scottie track team in her two years at Highland. Morgan, a right side hitter from Salina, signed with Bethany College in Lindsborg. She was also a member of the women’s track team.
