Lauren Crouch

Bellevue West High School

Accomplishments: Lauren was a four year starter for Bellevue West. During her career, she was named to the Nebraska Freshman State 1st Team, she was voted to the Metro High School Activities Association All-Division Team two times, was Nebraska State and Super State Honorable Mention, All-League twice, and voted Team MVP three times.

 

Annie Rockley

Raytown High School

Accomplishments: Annie was a four year varsity starter for Raytown High School where she earned All-Conference honors in 2009. During the summer is where she achieved a lot of her success. Her club team won the Northern Nationals National Championship in 2009, were theOklahoma City Hall of Fame Tournament Champions in 2010, and Northern Nationals National Runner-Up in 2013.

Katy Nordman

Augusta High School

Accomplishments:  Katy was a three sport athlete at Augusta High. In softball, Katy was a 3 time AVCTL award winner, a 4A All State infielder, and in 2013, her team was the 4A State Runner-Up. While competing in bowling, Katy was All State two times, AVCTL award winner twice, and placed 6th individually in the Kansas State Bowling Championships. In 2013, she was also honored in volleyball, being named to the AVCTL team. All her hard work led to Katy receiving the 2013 Wendy’s High School Heisman for Augusta High.  

Morgan Balderas

Bishop Carroll High School

Accomplishments: Morgan has been part of a very successful Bishop Carroll program. During her career, she helped Carroll win three 5A State Championships, and was named to the All-State team last season. Offensively, she led the way for her team with a .537 batting average and seven homeruns on the season.

McKenna Davis

Olathe East High School

Accomplishments: McKenna is part of an Olathe East squad that has made three straight 6A State tournament appearances. In those three trips, they won two straight titles in 2012 and 2013. During the 2013 season, McKenna was named Sunflower League All Conference First Team, KC Star All-Metro First Team, and First Team All-State.  

Morgan Bryant

Salina South High School

Accomplishments: On the field, Morgan was a two-time All AVCTL Honoree as an outfielder and a shortstop. Off the field, she is actively involved at Salina South. She is a member of the National Honor Society, was voted junior class president, and is currently Student Council president

Kelsey McIntyre

Fort Osage High School

Accomplishments: Kelsey was a four year starter for Fort Osage. Along the way, she earned All-Conference honors twice, as well as being named to the All Area team in 2013. Kelsey was voted team captain in 2013. She is also a member of the National Honor Society, and was recently named to the Missouri Fast Pitch Coaches Association Academic All-State team.

Accomplishments: While at Rose Hill High, Shelby was involved in music where she lettered in band, was the flute section leader, received a II rating on her solo at Regional level, a I rating at the Regional level, and a I rating at the state level.  Academically, she was on the academic honor roll for both the fall and spring semesters.  Shelby lettered in softball and received Honorable Mention at catcher.  In addition, she volunteered 20 hours at Lord’s Diner throughout summer and lettered as a wrestling manager

Accomplishments: During her high school career, Whitney was named to the 6A All Area team, was named All Sunflower League, 2nd team All-Metro infielder, and 6A first team All- State.

Konner Patterson

McLouth High School

Accomplishments: Konner was a very decorated high school athlete. While at McLouth, she was named All-League three times, All-State three times, All Lawrence Journal World three times, and All KC Metro. She was also on the Gold Honor Roll and a member of the National Honor Society.

Accomplishments: Allison was a 3-time KAW Valley League award winner as an infielder. In 2013, she was named to the Kansas Class 4A All-State team. She has been on the Student Council the past three years as well as a member of the National Honor Society.

Katie was named to the All-Metro Team as an outfielder. As a junior, she also received First team All Kaw Valley League, and First Team Kansas Class 4A All-State. Academically, Katie has excelled as well. She has maintained a GPA of 3.8, and been on the honor roll three consecutive years.

 

Faith Cain 

Pitcher/Infielder

              Omaha, NE

              Millard West High School

Accomplishments: Faith will come to Highland as a much decorated student athlete. In 2010, she was named 1st Team All-State (Class A) by the Lincoln Journal Star, 2nd Team All-State (Class A) by the Omaha World Herald, 2nd Team All-Nebraska, the All-Division Team, set the state record for lowest ERA in a season (0.18), and was named Nebraska Freshman Player Of The Year.  In 2011 she was named to the All-Division Team, named Honorable Mention Lincoln Journal Star and Omaha World Herald, and received the NCPA Academic All-State Award. In the 2012 season Faith was named 2nd Team All-State (class A) by Omaha World Herald, Honorable Mention Lincoln Journal Star, and set the Millard West High School record for most doubles in a season with 15. In her senior campaign in 2013, she was named Honorable Mention Lincoln Journal Star and Omaha World Herald, All-Division Team, NCA All-Star selection, received the NCPA Academic All-State Award for the second time, tied the Millard West school record for homeruns in a season (7), and named #54 on the Student Sports Hot 100 Seniors list.
