Scottie Softball Lands Six on All-Conference Teams

Six members of the Highland Community College softball squad have been named to the 2015 KJCCC All-Conference Teams, six on the First Team and one on the Second Team.  The Scotties are currently 39-6, which earned head coach Heidi Jordan Coach of the Year honors.

Scotties earning First Team honors were Morgan Balderas (Wichita) at second base, Emily Clontz (Grapevine, TX) in the outfield, McKenna Davis (Olathe) also in the outfield, pitcher Kate Smith (Wichita), and utility player Dominique Sprengers (Haarlem, Nord-Holland).  Faith Cain (Omaha, NE) made Second Team at first base.
