Briley Ware, a sophomore middle hitter on the Highland Community College volleyball team, was named to the RPK All-Tournament Team on August 22 and 23. Ware, from Arkansas City and a graduate of Dexter High School, plays six rotations for the Scotties and finished the weekend with 26 kills, 13 digs, and 9 blocks. The Scotties finished the weekend 1-3 with a win against North East Oklahoma and losses against Cloud County, Southeast, and Northeastern Community Colleges.
The Scotties are currently 3-3; their next match is on Wednesday, September 3, at Coffeyville Community College. Match time is at 6:00 p.m.
