Highland to Hold Open Auditions for Fall Production

New Highland Community College Theatre instructor Samuel Smith will be conducting auditions for the Fall production on the Tuesday and Wednesday after the Labor Day Holiday –September 3 and 4, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. in Culbertson Auditorium on the Highland campus.  This audition is open to all students and any folks from the community who might be interested as well. There is no preparation necessary – any interested participants will do cold readings from the script.  If anyone is interested in auditioning, but can’t make it to the open auditions on September 3 and 4, they can either call the theatre office (442-6089) or send Smith a quick email (smsmith@highlandcc.edu)

The Fall production is scheduled for mid-November, and Smith will be reprising a performance of Lone Star Laundry and Bourbon by James McClure that he directed at Wharton County Junior College in Texas.
