Highland Moves to Sixth in State Fall Enrollment

According to the recent enrollment figures released this week by the Kansas Board of Regents, Highland Community College is now the sixth largest of the 19 community college in the state system.  Highland moved up one spot, having a slight increase in enrollment as Cowley College in Arkansas City, which had held the sixth spot, experienced a more dramatic decline in enrollment.

Statewide, the preliminary fall enrollment figures show a slight increase in enrollment at Kansas public institutions of higher education, both two-year community colleges and the four-year universities, with growth at 19 of the 32 public institutions.  A spreadsheet reflecting these enrollments can be found at
