At the Jayhawk Conference cross country meet, the Highland Community College men’s cross country team had its highest NJCAA Division I Regional Placing in College history, and also its highest conference finish in history. Consequently, the men’s cross country team members will be travelling to Fort Dodge, IA, on November 7-8 for the NJCAA National Cross Country Championships. The Hihgland men are currently ranked #12 nationally and are looking to add to the HCC history record books at the national meet. They will be joined at the National Championships by Crystal Hoard of the women’s team.
