Highland Community College Student Government Association will host a community-wide blood drive at the Walter’s Wellness Center on the Highland Campus on December 3 from Noon to 5 p.m.
Kaylee Mullins, Highland Community College Student Government Association President commented that “the Community Blood Center must collect almost 600 units of blood daily to meet the needs of area hospitals. They rely on volunteer donors to supply the life-saving blood and blood components to hospitals in Kansas and Missouri.”
