HCCTC Float Takes First Place in Parade of Lights

Staff and students at the Highland Community College Technical Center once again participated in the annual Atchison Parade of Lights where they have placed well in the past and once again, did well by taking first place in the Business Division this year.  Led by Building Trades instructor Jim Dame and his students, Maintenance Supervisor Tim Housh, Student Services Representative Amy DuLac, and Engineering Graphics Technology students  helped build and man the float which was ablaze with lights as a drive-in theatre that actually showed the movie Frosty the Snowman, which was a good choice befitting the weather.
