The fifth and final performance in the Fusion Concert series at Highland Community College will bring members of the St. Joseph Symphony to perform a Chamber Concert at 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 7, in Culbertson Auditorium on the Highland campus. Ticket cost is $10
Based on the success of previous performances by artists from outside the College, Highland officials introduced a new concert series in the Fall that was designed to share cultural arts with the community. Called Fusion to denote the blending of the College and its community, the series scheduled five performances which will conclude with the Chamber Concert.
Fusion audiences have been entertained by local modern country band True North, the blues/rock guitar of Michael Lee Firkins, a rousing “Blue Christmas” from the Fountain City Brass Band, and the musical comedy of Brinnon and Marks.
