Highland led by as many as 14 in the first half and took a 35-28 lead into the halftime. "We really need to learn to have discipline, both offensively and defensively when we get a lead," said head coach BJ Smith.

The Scotties started off the second half with two 3 pointers by Carina Jackson (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and used a balanced attack to stretch the lead out to as much as 28 before settling for the final score of 72-49.
