All three were interviewed by the Board, and Tharman was unanimously selected during the Board’s September meeting.
Tharman is an HCC alumnus, as are three of his children. A longtime resident of Doniphan County, Tharman is a loan officer at Union State Bank in Everest and also farms. He will begin his tenure with the Board at the October meeting.
