Recent Highland Community College graduate Damarius Brinson has signed a letter of intent to play football for Northern Illinois University. Brinson, a 6’1”, 195 pound defensive back from St. Petersburg, FL, transferred to Highland as a sophomore from Youngstown State University. Under Highland head coach Aaron Arnold, Brinson averaged 4.4 tackles a game.
