Highland English Class Has Unique Experience
Highland Community College English instructor Greg Bryant used the fall season, ripe apples, and the availability of an apple press to provide his Creative Writing students with a unique opportunity to write about the process of making apple cider. Dr. Harold Arnett, the College’s Director of Institutional Research, provided the apple press, showed the students how the press works, and supplied them with the enjoyable finished product.
