Highland Baseball Ends Season
After qualifying the Regional Tournament and ending the regular season with a win, the Highland Community College baseball team traveled to Liberal to take on the Saints of Seward County, the number one seed in the Tournament. The Scotties surprised the Saints in the first game of the double-elimination format, downing the Saints by 9-5. The Saints quickly rebounded and showed their seeding by taking the next two 16-3 and 18-7, ending the baseball season for the College.
