Former pitching standout Ivy Renfroe from the University of Tennessee made a stop at Highland Community College to conduct a pitching clinic this past weekend. Highland head coach Heidi Jordan worked along with Renfroe with nearly 75 athletes ranging in age from nine to seventeen years old. “It was a great experience and opportunity to get to work with so many girls. Helping them with pitching and giving them advice on it was so enjoyable,” stated Renfroe. Highland will also host an offensive and defensive skills clinic this Saturday and Sunday, January 25, 26.
