Former Highland Community College volleyball player Alison Cole (Long Island) was named to the Days Inn/Super 8 Middle of Everywhere Classic All-Tournament squad. She is currently playing for Southwestern Oklahoma University as a middle hitter. Southwestern Oklahoma faced top competition as they took on Missouri Western State University, Missouri S&T University, University of Southern Indiana, and University of Missouri, St. Louis.
Cole was the Scotties’ starting middle hitter last year and was named to the Jayhawk Conference 2nd Team and NJCAA Region VI First Team.
