published November 2, 2022Alpha Zeta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Raises Funds for Young Cancer Survivors

Phi Theta Kappa sponsored a Pink Out during HCC’s Homecoming Week to support Breast Cancer Awareness. In addition to holding fundraising events in the cafeteria and at the football game, students also reached out to the local community for support. Through their efforts, they raised $1,000 to benefit the Young Survival Coalition which provides community and support services for young adults affected by breast cancer.

The members of HCC’s Alpha Zeta Gamma chapter are all students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher who value the importance of scholarship, leadership, fellowship, and service. We are excited to have an active chapter whose members seek to make positive contributions to both our campus and community.
