Good computer skills including Excel. Bookkeeping/accounting experience desirable. Experience taking formal minutes. Knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Must have good working knowledge of generally accepted office practices.
Description

The Foundation/Alumni Administrative Assistant provides administrative, clerical, database and fundraising support to the Executive Director of the HCC Foundation and the Director of Alumni Relations. The position is responsible for donor and alumni records, annual scholarship fund records, and handling all correspondence and recordkeeping. Strict confidentiality is highly important. Will assistant in the coordination/delivery of special events. Will attend and take minutes at quarterly Foundation Board Meetings and quarterly Alumni Board Meetings and maintain files of said meetings.

Work hours will typically be 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, but evening or Saturday work will be scheduled during events such as home football games, special fundraising events, etc.
