Out of State Students
As an out of state resident, you must meet one (1) of the following requirements:
- Rank in Class - Graduate in the upper 2/3 of your high school class
- GPA - 2.00 or above on a 4.00 scale
- ACT - A composite score of 14
- SAT - A composite score of 930
- GED - An average test score of 450*
*(The GED test must be taken prior to enrollment at Highland Community College.)
Please ask your high school counselor to mail a transcript so HCC may verify admission requirements. A final transcript is required after graduation.
