Andrea Keller is the Director of Student Support Services (SSS).  She takes over as project director after having served as the SSS Math Specialist for two years.  Andrea has worked at HCC for 9 years, serving as the head volleyball coach as well as admissions representative prior to working for SSS.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Education and her Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership, both from Northwest Missouri State University.

A 2001 graduate of HCC, Andrea was involved in many activities and served as a resident assistant (RA) and academic tutor.  She was also an all-conference and all-region setter and captain of the Scotties volleyball team.

Andrea lives in Highland with her husband and 2 children.

Audrey Caudle is the Retention Coordinator for Student Support Services.  Audrey earned an Associate of Arts degree from HCC, a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Missouri Western and a Master's in Liberal Arts from Baker University.  Audrey has over 10 years of experience in higher education in administration and as adjunct faculty.  She most recently worked at Park University as the Assistant Director of the Park Student Success Center.

Audrey and her son Brady enjoy spending time together reading, visiting the zoo, playing at the playground and taking walks.

Kim Bechtold is the Transfer Advisor for Student Support Services. Kim attended Highland Community College then transferred to Northwest Missouri State University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Merchandising. Since graduating from Northwest she has worked as a Formica Sales Rep and an Enrollment Advisor at Baker University.

Kim is returning back to Highland after living in the Kansas City area for the last 6 years.  Kim, her husband Josh and son Mason love living out in the country again and having friends and family close by

Randa Arnett is the English Specialist for Student Support Services. Randa has been in working in the education field since 1988, and has enjoyed teaching teens and adults in Missouri, Kansas and Kentucky. She has three children and six step-children, all which are grown; most have families of their own. She and her husband, Doc, recently moved from Saint Joseph, MO to a two and one half acre property near Wathena, where they intend to garden, watch sunsets, and host get-togethers with family and friends. Her hobbies include being with family, singing/playing music with her husband, and giving attention to her horse, an Arabian called Tango Dancer. She also enjoys sewing, reading, and hanging out with friends.
