Ceremony will include all HCC graduates from the Highland campus, Regional Sites, & Online. Graduation exercises at the Technical Center will be at 7:30 p.m. on May 15, 2013 at the Atchison High School gym. The nurse's pinning will pre-ceed graduation ceremonies and begin at 5:30 pm in the Atchison High School gym.
Requirements:
Students planning to graduate from any Highland Community College Location in the Spring, 2013 must complete an Application for Degree and meet with the HCC Registrar to complete a degree check by the first week of their last semester of attendance. Students missing this deadline may apply for graduation until March 15 of the year they plan to graduate and will be provided the opportunity to participate in the ceremony if they will have graduated or be within 6 hours of receiving their degree at the time of graduation.
Application may be made in the registrar’s office on the Highland campus in the administration building or online here.

Caps and Gowns |
Available on Monday, May 6 and Tuesday, May 7; 8:30 - 11:30 am and 1:30 - 4:30 pm in the Registrar's Office on the first floor of the administration building on the Highland campus. |

Practice |
Tuesday, May 7 at 2:30 pm on the track at Kessinger Field. Contact Dr. Cheryl Rasmussen for a detailed description of commencement if you cannot attend the rehearsal. |

Pre-Commencement Dinner |
For graduates and guests at the HCC cafeteria on Friday, May 10 from 5:00 until 6:30. Cost for the fried chicken and roast beef buffet is $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for children under 12. Please RSVP to Michel Scott by calling 785-442-6020 or emailing at mscott@highlandcc.edu. |
