Jordan was a four time All-Jayhawk Conference selection and four time All-Region VI selection as a pitcher and designated hitter during her playing years at Highland Community College.

She rejoined the Scottie softball squad as an assistant coach in 2003.

Jordan has played men's fast pitch softball since he was 16 years old. His teams have competed and placed at the state and national levels.

He is a successful summer ball coach for a 12 & under girls travel team who have qualified ASA (12 B), USSSA (12 B & A, and 14 B), and AFA (12 B) for the national tournaments.
